Job summary

Brentford FC is seeking an Academy Kit Manager to lead kit and equipment delivery across the Academy pathways, ensuring on-time, club-standard kit for training and matches. You will line-manage Kit Coordinators/Assistants and oversee stock, laundry and logistics while supporting development toward Category One standards.

Reporting to the Head of Kit Operations, you will coordinate kit for all Academy fixtures, tours and travel, working closely with coaches and support departments to meet demands

Qualifications

• Experience delivering kit or equipment services in a professional sporting setting.
• Strong stock control and budget monitoring capabilities.
• Knowledge of laundry and garment care processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Academy kit and equipment operation across Pre-Academy to U21.
• Line-manage Academy Kit Coordinators/Assistants and plan rotas.
• Plan and deliver training, home/away kit and travel kit requirements.
• Manage sizing, personalisation, issue, returns and replacements per policy.
• Oversee stock control, order forecasts, and inventory records.
