Manchester United is seeking a Kit Assistant to support kit and equipment operations across training, matchdays, and club events. You will prepare, pack, transport, and distribute kits for training and matches, ensuring players and staff have what they need for peak performance.

The role requires a background in high-performance sport, an ability to work evenings and weekends, and a commitment to confidentiality and teamwork within a busy club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating within a high-performance sports environment, ideally in football kit management.
• Experience working with children and young people.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to high standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and transport matchday and training kit to ensure players and staff have what they need.
• Assist in packing and distributing kits for training sessions, home and away matchdays, and club events.
• Ensure kits, boots, and equipment are clean and ready for use.
• Support dressing room setup pre/post-match, including shirt numbering and layout.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of kit and equipment.
• Wash, dry, and store kit and training wear per hygiene standards.
• Assist with kit transportation to away matches and labelling/organising player-issued kit.
