Somerset Council in Taunton is seeking a qualified professional to lead and shape learning and development programmes across Children’s Social Care and partner agencies. You will drive trauma-informed practice, design courses, and evaluate impact to improve outcomes for children and families.
You should have a relevant Social Work qualification with at least 3 years’ experience, strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a hybrid model in Somerset.
