Nottingham Forest Academy is seeking an exceptional leader to deliver the Academy Education programme, supporting Scholarship, Full Time Training Model and Hybrid Training Model.
The post holder will drive academic progression of academy players aged 9–18 to ensure high education outcomes in line with the Academy Strategy and EPPP Category 1. The role requires a PGCE and QTS, with experience in elite sport education and strong organisational skills.

The post holder will support the delivery of the Academy Education programme (Scholarship, Full Time Training Model and Hybrid Training Model). The post holder is required to support the academic progression of Academy players aged between under 9 and under 18 to ensure that learners are achieving the highest possible education outcomes in line with the Academy Strategy and exceed the full requirements of the Category 1 Academy determined by the EPPP.
