A leading football club in Cobham is looking for an Academy Administrator/Receptionist to provide a professional front-of-house and administrative service. The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organised, and IT literate, supporting daily operations and various events while maintaining confidentiality. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team in Cobham, providing a professional and efficient front‑of‑house and administrative service that supports the smooth running of the Academy. This role is vital in ensuring seamless day‑to‑day coordination, accurate record‑keeping, and effective cross‑departmental support—contributing to an exceptional experience for players, parents, staff, and visitors.
This is a reception based role with one evening shift per week and bi‑monthly weekend work (Sat or Sun)
