Responsibilities
  • The Academy Administration Trainee role will include the following responsibilities working within the Academy.
  • Supporting the Head of Academy and the Academy Team in day to day operational and administrative tasks.
  • Compliance related matters such as the review of policies relating to educational compliance and improving procedures.
  • Support with resource management within the academy.
  • General administrative tasks such as minute taking, email and telephone enquiries.
  • Supporting the dealer network with fundamental training and system related queries.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of academy events such as Graduation and Induction.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks.
  • In return we will offer a fixed term training contract which will terminate after 2 years. Alongside this we will commit to supporting with all training costs (a course to be agreed upon) and examinations at first attempt and offer some time for study during working hours in order to achieve the qualification.
Profile & Requirements
  • Must possess excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • The ability to communicate with staff at all levels within the retail dealerships and CLAAS UK.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the need for confidentiality.
  • Strong character, able to challenge when required.
  • Strong IT skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must be able to work well within a team and independently.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
  • A full UK driving licence for travel to the various retail sites.
