Overview

As Academic Tutor (AT), you will play a critical part in providing a high-quality teaching experience to our Business Management and Human Resource Management students, including apprenticeship provision. You will also play a crucial role in developing students' skill profiles to better equip them for future careers.

Based within the thriving Sunderland Business School, part of the Faculty of Business & Technology at St. Peter's Campus, Sunderland.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Business Management and Human Resource Management students, design educational activities and support apprenticeship programmes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Leadership, HRM and Enterprise Team to develop dynamic and purposeful learning experiences.
Qualifications
  • An Honours degree in a relevant subject area
  • Professional experience in a relevant subject area
  • Experience of teaching within apprenticeship programmes
  • A post-graduate/Master's degree in a relevant subject area
