Job description

City of London Academies Trust (COLAT) is seeking to appoint the following Academic tutor for this academic year:

Subjects
  • Economics - Edexcel
  • Maths - Edexcel
  • Chemistry - AQA
Role Overview

You will have A level tutoring experience and you will have worked in a school or college environment.

Depending on the subject that you are interested in tutoring in you will have achieved an A at A level in either Economics, Maths or Chemistry (Edexcel/AQA board) or have achieved a 2:1 or 1st class degree in Economics, Maths or Chemistry.

You will have relevant experience from tutoring students in the relevant specification or you have studied the specification previously.

These sessions will be held on site during the student's private study period; however there is flexibility to suit the tutor.

The role is covered by part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
