Responsibilities
  • You will be the second point of contact after the Form (year group) Tutors for students and parents, especially in relation to the day-to-day working of the Academy Behaviour Management Policy – supporting students and families in equal measure
  • You will prioritise issues arising from contacts with students and parents to minimise disruption to pupil learning and ensure issues are dealt with efficiently and fairly
  • You will support personal, social and academic development of students and promote their well-being within each Key Stage
  • You will assist in maintaining links with home, internal and external support services involved with student welfare and safety
