Hours: 18 hours per week / 38 weeks per year
Salary: £9,655 Actual / £23,780 FTE

Newbury College is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Progression and Academic Support Coach to join our inclusive learning support team at our Football Academy in Reading. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of students with learning difficulties and disabilities across a range of curriculum areas. As a PASC, you will provide tailored academic and personal support to learners in mainstream settings, including in-class assistance and off-campus activities. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to implement individual Support Plans and EHCPs, ensuring students receive the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive.
