Job summary

Stonar School, part of Globeducate, is seeking an Academic Data & Systems Manager to lead on academic data, timetabling and management information from Nursery through to Sixth Form. You will oversee iSAMS and other academic systems, provide analysis to support pupil progress, curriculum planning and staffing decisions, and collaborate with the Deputy Head Academic to optimise data use across the school.

• Experience leading academic data and MIS in a school setting.
• Familiarity with iSAMS or similar student information systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable management information.

Working closely with the Deputy Head Academic, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and meaningful information supports pupil progress, curriculum planning and effective decision-making.The role is varied, combining responsibility for iSAMS and academic systems, whole-school timetabling, staff cover, pupil reporting, academic tracking and pupil registration. You will also provide analysis and management information to help the School understand curriculum delivery, staffing, room utilisation and pupil numbers.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and systems, has strong attention to detail and can build effective relationships across a busy school environment.
