A leading healthcare organization is looking for an Academic Administrator to support the admission process for clinical psychology trainees. This role involves maintaining sensitive information, coordinating schedules, and liaising with various departments. Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft apps, particularly Excel, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and is temporarily for 3 months with an opportunity for extension.
Location: Isis Education Centre, Warneford Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7JX - Hybrid (work from home and Isis Education Centre, Warneford Hospital)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday (Flexible with hours 07:30 – 15:30, 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00)
Trust Location: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust
Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of extension
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
