Job Title: ABA Tutor

Are you a psychology graduate or experienced ABA practitioner looking to make a real impact in children’s lives?

We are currently recruiting an ABA Tutor to support children with autism and additional needs at a specialist setting in Acton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about SEN education and behaviour support to work within a well-resourced and supportive team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA-based support to students with autism and associated learning needs
  • Implement behaviour support plans and track progress
  • Support emotional regulation, communication, and independence skills
  • Work closely with SEN professionals, therapists, and teaching staff
  • Maintain accurate data records and contribute to progress reviews
Qualifications
  • Previous ABA experience (essential), OR a degree in Psychology or related field
  • Genuine interest in working with children and young people with autism
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Patient, reliable, and committed to long-term progress
  • A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
