Principal Education in West London seeks psychology graduates to join SEN teaching teams as Teaching Assistants. You’ll receive full ABA training from experienced supervisors and work Monday to Friday during school hours, with holidays off.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
• The right to work in the UK.

Got a psychology degree and want real, hands on experience with children before your next step?

Principal Education works with specialist schools across West London that use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour to support children with ASD. They’re looking for psychology graduates to join their teams as SEN Teaching Assistants, and they’ll train you in ABA from day one.

It’s one of the best ways to put your degree into practice. You’ll see behaviour theory working in real classrooms, collect real data, and build the experience that clinical psychology courses, assistant psychologist roles and BCBA training all look for.

What you’ll do

• Work one to one and in small groups with children with ASD
