Job summary

Nationwide is seeking an Ab Initio Developer to design, build and support data integration solutions across our enterprise data pipelines. The role focuses on Ab Initio Continuous Flow and Batch Graphs, with emphasis on reliable ETL workflows and data quality.

You'll work with Kafka and relational databases, participate in testing, deployment and production support, and enjoy flexible hybrid working across the UK with periodic site attendance.

Qualifications

Experience in Ab Initio development within enterprise data pipelines.
Hands-on experience developing or supporting Ab Initio Continuous Flow Graphs and/or Batch Graphs.
Exposure to Kafka for data ingestion or messaging.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases; basic Unix/Linux scripting.

Responsibilities

Develop and support Ab Initio Continuous Flow and Batch Graphs; build and maintain data integration workflows and ETL processes.
Work with Kafka and database systems for data ingestion, processing, testing, deployment and production support.
