We are looking to take on an experienced AAT Qualified Lecturer to begin work now! The successful AAT Qualified Lecturer within Cardiff will have the opportunity to work with 14+ aged pupils in Further Education settings across Cardiff, where staff are committed to providing the very best education and opportunities for all learners. The setting is dedicated to creating a dynamic and inclusive community, whilst also promoting unique and relevant skills to prepare students for the next steps in their careers and development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic AAT Qualified Lecturer, who is ready to motivate and to maintain high-standards of learning. As a Experienced Lecturer you will support learners with and teach them in line with the required AAT new curriculum.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• AAT Qualified
• QTS or PCET is required - essential requirement for the role
• Level 3 or Coaching qualification relating to Education (not essential)
• Experience working in a learning support capacity (skills, pastoral, and well-being - not essential)
• Strong classroom and behavioural management skills/experience with challenging behaviours
• Clear commitment to learner support and well-being with an inclusive, learner-centred focus
• Confidence and ability to communicate clearly and effectively to different groups of people e.g. young people, parents, external organisations, academic staff.
