Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Essential level 2 Apprenticeship content and levels will be covered by Kaplan.
• Strong numeracy and IT literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and supplier payments.
• Raise purchase orders and check supporting documentation.
• Assist with income processing and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Support credit card and expense claim administration.
• Respond to finance queries from staff and suppliers.
• Assist with month-end and year-end tasks.
• Use finance systems and spreadsheets to record and analyse data.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Team.
