Autograph Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Preparation / Bookkeeping professional to join a friendly accountancy practice in Tiverton. You will handle client accounts, prepare accounts for a range of clients, and manage VAT returns with accuracy.

This role suits someone with an AAT qualification or equivalent, solid practice experience, and a practical, hands-on approach. The position is full-time and long-term, with a salary of £28,000–£35,000 per annum

Accounts Preparation / Bookkeeping

Location: Tiverton
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time
Job Type: Permanent

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Preparation / Bookkeeping professional to join a friendly accountancy practice in Tiverton.

This would suit someone who is AAT qualified or working at a similar level, with solid experience in practice and who enjoys the hands-on side of accounts work.

The role would be ideal for someone who is happy working at this level long-term, rather than looking to progress into an ACA-qualified or managerial position.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing accounts for a range of clients




• Completing VAT returns




• Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records

• Preparing accounts to trial balance

• Supporting clients with their accounting requirements

About You

• Previous experience within an accountancy practice
