Minimum Requirements for Captains

• Monthly Salary - $10,100
• Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
• Minimum 1,500 PIC hours
• Minimum 200 hours on A320 in the last 12-18 months
• Maximum acceptable age up to 60 years

Exception: Candidates with Captain/PIC experience who do not yet meet minimum Captain flight-hour requirements may be considered for FO roles if willing to join as First Officers.
