Salary: £45,789.73 - £52,079.65 pro rata (Actual £33,464.89 - £38,061.81 per annum)

Hours: 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Are you passionate about driving excellence in governance and ensuring regulatory compliance? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead our governance framework and support our Board.

In this pivotal role, you will provide expert advice on governance best practice and regulatory updates, shape and develop governance policies and processes (including digital transformation and stakeholder engagement), manage statutory compliance and key regulatory submissions, coordinate Corporation and committee meetings from report preparation and agenda planning to minute-taking and publication and oversee the recruitment and induction of new governors. You will also deliver high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of all governance operations.
