This role is ideal for strong university students looking to earn alongside their studies while gaining valuable teaching and mentoring experience.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality one-to-one and small-group tuition, adapting lessons to individual students and helping them improve both academically and in confidence.

  • Teach students confidently up to A-Level standard, depending on your subject specialism.
  • Prepare and deliver structured lessons tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Explain challenging concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support students with exam preparation, subject knowledge and exam technique.
  • Communicate professionally with students, parents and the wider team.
  • Maintain a positive, focused and encouraging learning environment.
  • Currently studying at university and achieving a strong academic standard.
  • Strong academic background in your specialist subject.
  • Must be confident and competent teaching at least TWO subject to A-Level standard.
  • We are particularly interested in tutors who can teach:

  • Strong GCSE subject knowledge is also expected, particularly across core subjects.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people in education, tutoring, mentoring or a similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way.
  • Reliable, professional and confident working independently with students.
  • Genuine interest in teaching and helping students achieve strong academic results.

Our current priority is recruiting A-Level competent tutors, especially in Mathematics and Science subjects.
