Choice Teachers are partnering with a high-achieving sixth form college in the Luton area to recruit a passionate and dedicated A-Level Sociology Teacher.

The role is available on a full-time basis, with a part-time option considered (up to 3 days a week). Start date: 07/09/2026.

Salary follows the Sixth Form Colleges' Spine Points 1–9 (£32,178 – £49,725 pro rata). This role requires delivering engaging sociology lessons and supporting post-16 learners to achieve their targets.

Qualifications

• Holds a relevant degree alongside a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or QTLS).
• Demonstrates solid experience teaching A-Level Sociology within a school or sixth form college.
• Exhibits strong classroom management and ability to track student progress effectively.
• Available to start on 7 September 2026.
