Job summary

Medecho LTD is seeking an experienced Locum Specialty Doctor in Emergency Medicine to join a busy NHS Emergency Department in Glasgow. The role requires full GMC registration, NHS ED experience, and ALS/APLS/ATLS certifications. Immediate start available for a contract position with on-site hours.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in ED.
• Provide timely emergency care per NHS guidelines.
• Manage acute medical, surgical, and trauma cases.
• Perform clinical procedures within competence.
• Collaborate with consultants, teams, and nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Participate in handovers and MDT meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies and GMC standards.
