You are looking for an A&D (Architects & Design) Sales Manager with a strong ability to build and nurture relationships within the architectural and design community. This role focuses on promoting Vitra’s premium furniture and design solutions, driving market growth, and delivering exceptional service to architects, interior designers, and design firms across the UK.

The A&D Sales Manager will actively engage with clients through presentations, consultations, and networking events, ensuring Vitra’s innovative products are positioned as the preferred choice for design projects.

What you can expect
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms.
  • Present and promote Vitra’s product portfolio, emphasizing design innovation and quality.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their design vision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep CRM system updated with accurate client and project information.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to Vitra’s brand growth within the A&D community.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge during presentations and project consultations.
How you can convince
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales within the architectural, design, or furniture industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of design trends, materials, and technical specifications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the UK.
