Job summary

Hotpoint UK Appliances, part of Beko Europe, is recruiting for a permanent, part-time 7.5t Driver based at the West Thurrock Depot. The role offers a 24.75-hour week over three days (Mon, Tue & Sat) with regular overtime and a salary based on 24.75 hours.

Training is provided at our Training Academy in Manchester to deliver and install white goods. You will unload and assist with installation, handling heavy items and ensuring respectful service at customers' homes.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with C1 entitlement.
• Current CPC and tacho card.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Previous multi-drop experience desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn basic plumbing and electrical connections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install white goods.
• Assist with unloading and installation when required.
• Handle heavy items with care and respect customers' homes.

What will you be doing?

You’ll begin with a fully funded week of training at our award-winning Training Academy in Manchester. There, you’ll gain the skills needed to deliver and install white goods, along with the chance to pick up some handy DIY skills that you can use at home.

You’ll be supported by another member of the delivery team to assist with unloading and installing appliances when required. You must be comfortable handling heavy items and always show respect for customers’ homes.

What will you need?

• A full UK driving licence with a minimum of C1 entitlement.
• A current CPC and tacho card with up-to-date knowledge of legislations.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Previous multi-drop experience is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• The willingness to learn basic plumbing and electrical connections.
