Job summary

Pertemps in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced 7.5T Driver for an ongoing temp role based in Aylesford, Kent. The position offers a pay rate of £15.05 per hour (PAYE) with Monday to Friday shifts from 08:30 to 18:30 and a 1-hour unpaid break.

You'll drive a 7.5T vehicle, perform daily checks, follow delivery routes, complete paperwork and deliver excellent customer service while complying with all regulations. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C1 / 7.5T driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Driving a 7.5T vehicle to complete deliveries and collections
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Following planned routes and delivery schedules
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
• Complying with road transport and driver regulations
