Job summary

Workforce Recruitment and Training in Hereford is seeking a dedicated 7.5T Driver to join a busy transport team. The role offers 48 hours per week on a five-shift pattern, with a night-shift tempo and start times between 13:00 and 01:00.

You will perform multi-drop deliveries, ensure stock rotation, and deliver high service standards while working independently and interacting with customers. The position provides structured training and development, including NVQ programmes, with support from

Qualifications

• Must hold a clean UK driving licence suitable for 7.5T driving and Driver CPC.
• Physically fit for manual handling.
• Positive, reliable, and detail-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 7.5T vehicle across mixed rural and urban routes.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries with accuracy, care, and courteous service.
• Load and unload products using safe manual handling techniques.
• Maintain high standards for stock rotation, timing, and customer satisfaction.
• Work independently and build positive relationships with customers.
