Job summary

Swift Temps Ltd in St Albans is seeking a 7.5T driver for multi-drop deliveries to commercial customers, including white goods. The role requires early starts at 6:00am, around 9-hour shifts, and heavy lifting. You will use tail lifts and carry out vehicle checks and paperwork, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Valid 7.5T (Category C1) licence.
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
Previous multi-drop experience preferred.
Good knowledge of driver hours and road safety regulations.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
No criminal record – a check will be done.

Responsibilities

Multi-drop deliveries to commercial customers.
White goods delivery.
Use of tail lift and trolley.
Early morning starts at 6:00am.
Average shift length of around 9 hours.
Ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
Vehicle checks and delivery paperwork completion.
Providing excellent customer service at delivery points.
