JDP in Inverness is seeking a reliable 7.5T Driver to join a small, friendly team. You will deliver plastic pipes and related goods to customers, ensuring on-time service while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role suits someone dependable and flexible, who enjoys building rapport with customers and colleagues. You'll operate safely, plan routes efficiently, and adhere to driving hours regulations.

Qualifications

• Hardworking individual to train in all aspects of our operation.
• Some Driver CPC training is required.
• Digital tachograph licence (tacho card) is required.
• Health & Safety awareness in a work environment.
• Understanding of driving hours rules and regulations.
• Ability to determine the most efficient route for daily deliveries.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• FLT experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Efficient and safe operation of the 7.5T vehicle.
• Ensure complete and on-time delivery of orders to JDP customers in Inverness and surroundings.
• Comply with all vehicle and drivers' legislation.
• Assist in yard and branch if required.
