Job summary

Gi Group are seeking 7.5T drivers to join our team in Leicester. If you have at least 12 months experience of driving 7.5T vehicles and would like to learn more about this well paid position, call the Leicester Driving Team today.

Great pay is available: £16.05 per hour Mon-Fri with £23.43 per hour overtime. Shifts are Monday to Friday starting at 08:00, with 15 drops and 4–5 collections per shift, plus manual handling and using delivery software to update statuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence, CPC and DIGI card.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, flexibility and resilience.

Responsibilities

• 15 drops per shift.
• 4–5 collections per shift.
• Manual handling is involved with loading/unloading parcels at depot and customer locations.
• Drivers will use devices and company software to update delivery statuses and communicate with the depot.
