Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking reliable and professional 7.5t Drivers to join a major UK logistics organisation in Bristol. The role offers ongoing work with competitive pay and varied shifts across a nationwide operation.

You will operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes, perform vehicle checks, load/unload, and maintain delivery paperwork while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C1 driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no serious driving endorsements.
• 1 year 7.5t driving experience within logistics or distribution.
• Strong understanding of UK road transport legislation and vehicle safety.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
• Transport mail, parcels and freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects in line with procedures.
• Load and unload vehicles safely while ensuring security of goods.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with operations team.
• Follow road transport legislation, health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Multiple drops per shift depending on route.
