Overview

Location: Batley, WF17

Company: Phoenix Cleaning Company

Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours

Salary: £14 per hour, enhanced rate for unsocial hours (pre 5.30am)

Responsibilities

• Drive & operate a 7.5T truck mount cherry picker to client locations across Yorkshire & Manchester
• Ability to work at height - maximum outreach on the machine is 28m
• Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of facilities, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter clearing.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are met and exceeded, providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving license for 7.5T vehicles
• iPAF 3b
• Proven experience as a driver and facilities operative is preferred
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to driving and facilities maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
