Flexible People Ltd are recruiting for experienced 7.5T HGV Drivers to join our client’s delivery operation in and around Luton. The role involves approx. 40–50 multi-drop deliveries of office supplies and stationery per day, Monday–Friday, with early starts and no weekends.

This temp-to-perm role offers a supportive team environment and a clear progression path. A full UK licence, tachograph and CPC are essential, as is a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card and CPC.

7.5T Delivery Driver – Luton

Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable 7.5T HGV Drivers to join our client's busy delivery operation in and around Luton. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a 7.5T Driver who enjoys being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a professional team.

Location: Luton

Pay Rate: £14.53 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday to Friday, starting between 05.00am and 06:00am – No Weekends

The Role

As a 7.5T Driver, you will be responsible for completing approximately 40–50 multi-drop deliveries of office supplies and stationary per day to hospitality and business customers across Luton and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 7.5T lorry to complete daily multi-drop deliveries of office supplies and stationary equipment.


• Load your vehicle each morning, ensuring goods are secure and handled with care.


• Deliver orders to hospitality and business customers in a professional and timely manner.


• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.


• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.


• Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, reporting any defects promptly.


• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and within agreed timescales.

Requirements
