Cotteswold Dairy is seeking a reliable 7.5T Multi-Drop Driver to join their North Wales depot in Conwy. This Category C1 driving role involves delivering fresh dairy products to customers across North Wales in a temperature-controlled, multi-drop environment.

Night shifts start around midnight with a 48 hours per week average roster. Applicants must hold a valid C1 entitlement, Driver CPC and a professional, customer‑facing approach.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C1 entitlement.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Physically fit and able to undertake regular manual handling.
• Reliable, responsible and safety-conscious approach to driving.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is desirable, but newly qualified C1 drivers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Category C1 (7.5T) vehicle in accordance with UK driving laws and tachograph regulations.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries of fresh dairy products to customers.
• Ensure stock is handled correctly, including appropriate product rotation.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects promptly.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Follow all health & safety, food hygiene and security procedures.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers at each delivery.

7.5T Multi-Drop Driver

• Location: Conwy, North Wales
• Hours: 48 hours per week (average roster)
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 5 shifts per week, with occasional weekend work
• Shift: Night shifts, with start times around midnight
• Salary: £32,797.44 per annum + additional Driving Safety Bonus

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cotteswold Dairy, one of the UK's leading independent family-owned dairies, who are looking for a reliable and professional 7.5T Multi-Drop Driver to join their busy North Wales depot in Conwy.

This is a Category C1 driving position, so applicants must hold a valid C1 entitlement on their driving licence.

You’ll play an important role in the company’s distribution operation, delivering fresh dairy products to customers across North Wales. Routes can take you from the stunning landscapes of Snowdonia National Park to busy towns along the North Wales coast.

Working in a temperature-controlled, multi-drop environment, you’ll be responsible for making safe, accurate and timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.
