Job summary

DX Freight is seeking a 7.5t Driver in the United Kingdom. The starting salary is £33,715 per year, with a £1,000 raise after 6 months and again after 12 months, to £35,715 per year.

The role involves multi-drop deliveries, ensuring goods reach customers in excellent condition and with strong service levels. You will drive safely, complete checks, scan deliveries, and report issues promptly while upholding DX's Delivered Exactly promise.

Qualifications

• Must hold C1 licence or higher with valid DQC and Tacho card.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence; no bans.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on multi-drop routes to customer premises.
• Scan all deliveries using DX scanning equipment.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Load deliveries safely and ensure correct paperwork.
• Maintain professional representation of DX at all times.

Job description

An exciting new 7.5t Driver opportunity at DX! Starting on £33,715 you will increase £1,000 each time after completing 6 and 12 months of service to £35,715 per annum Role summary: To deliver customers' products to the required premises ensuring all customers receive exceptional customer service as part of a multi-drop delivery route. The driver will ensure that all products are transported safely to the customers' premises, treating their freight as if it were their own. Key responsibilities Represent DX in a professional manner at all times Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements at all times All daily checks are undertaken ensuring defects are immediately reported and correct paperwork completed Ensure all product are scanned using DX scanning equipment Ensure all deliveries are loaded safely prior to leaving the depot Observe DX procedures and policies at all times Manage your routing to ensure premium and timed
