Job summary

Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital is seeking a 7.5 Tonne Driver for the Warwick HSSU Hub. This permanent full-time role offers a base salary from £25,800 with enhancements for unsocial hours and overtime, based on a 37.5-hour week.

Training and CPC/ tachograph support are provided to the right candidate. The role involves accurate tachograph records, driving routes with up to four customer deliveries/collections per shift, and maintaining vehicle and equipment safety.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence with C1 entitlement.
• Willingness to work shifts 4am–9pm Mon-Fri with Saturdays.
• Full training and support available for the right candidate.
• Ability to handle manual handling and heavy trolleys up to 250kg.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver sterile equipment to hospital customers.
• Operate planned delivery routes with up to four deliveries/collections per shift.
• Maintain tachograph records and transport documentation.
• Keep vehicles and equipment in good working order and report faults promptly.
• Be flexible with working hours.
