Restore Datashred in Norwich is hiring a 7.5 Tonne Driver - Secure Collections Operative. You will visit client sites, collect confidential documents and transport them securely for destruction, combining driving with physical tasks and strict security standards.

The role involves regular manual handling, a 45-hour week, and no night shifts, with a salary of £32,498.65 plus up to £500 quarterly bonus depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK Category C1 driving licence.
• Physically able for manual handling and active work.
• Knowledge of tachograph use and Working Time Directive compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy sacks and transport to the vehicle.
• Collect and transport various waste streams, including confidential materials.
• Visit client sites and ensure secure transport for destruction.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete defect sheets.
