Job summary

DPD Exeter is seeking a 7.5 Tonne Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team. As a local route driver you’ll deliver parcels to customers with high service standards, typically 40–50 stops per day, keeping safety and efficiency at the forefront.

You’ll use Saturn handheld devices, hold a valid 7.5 Tonne licence (C1) and DQC/CPC, work Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 with enhanced overtime, and enjoy a clear career path in a sustainability‑driven company.

Qualifications

• Valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation required.
• Ideally 6 months recent driving experience with 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Physically active and customer-facing with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive a local 7.5 Tonne route with 40–50 stops per day.
• Load and unload parcels, ensuring safe handling.
• Utilise Saturn handheld devices for deliveries and tracking.
• Provide friendly, reliable service to customers on every drop-off.
