Job summary

Ignition is recruiting reliable 7.5 Tonne Drivers for Liverpool-based work with a major parcel distribution client. The role involves collections and deliveries, and requires a valid UK licence for 7.5 Tonne vehicles, plus DCPC and Digi-tacho cards. Expect regular shifts, weekly pay, and immediate starts.

Qualifications

• 12 months commercial driving experience is essential.
• UK Driving Licence with 7.5 Tonne entitlement.
• UK DCPC and a valid Digi-tacho card required.
• Endorsements DD, TT, DR, CD, IN not accepted.
• Knowledge of the Working Time Directive and hours management.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle for collections and deliveries.
• Perform manual handling during loading and unloading.
• Plan routes and confirm deliveries using hand held scanners.
• Complete standard route paperwork.
• Carry out pre- and post-route vehicle checks.
