Job summary

DPD Group is seeking a reliable 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver to operate local routes with a clear daily routine and safety focus. You will be the face of the service, delivering parcels with care and professionalism on a mostly Mon-Fri schedule.

The role emphasizes hands-on loading/unloading, using Saturn handheld devices to track deliveries, and providing top customer experience across around 40–50 stops per day. A strong safety mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and CPC/DQC accreditation.
• Around 6 months experience driving 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Professional and approachable on customer-facing routes.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle on local routes.
• Complete 40–50 stops daily with safe, efficient delivery.
• Use Saturn handheld devices for route tracking and deliveries.

• Master the Tech: No paper maps here. You’ll use our industry-leading Saturn handheld devices. It’s basically your mission control for tracking progress, managing deliveries, and staying ahead of the game.
• The Main Character Energy: You’re the friendly face our customers see every day. Whether it’s a quick "hello" or a helpful drop-off, your energy defines the DPD experience.
• The Hustle: You’ll be loading and unloading parcels, using high-end gear like sack barrows and hand trucks to handle the heavy lifting safely. Think of it as a paid workout while you're on the move.
