Job summary

OnFife, the cultural trust behind Fife's libraries, theatres, museums and galleries, seeks a Temporary Campaign Coordinator to plan and deliver campaigns across digital, social and print channels. You will write content, manage calendars and coordinate with designers and printers during a busy period.

The role covers events, venues and cultural activities, including pantomime season. It is a 6 month temporary position with hybrid working, typically one office day per week but flexible during

Qualifications

• Around two years' experience in a marketing role, including hands-on campaign delivery across digital, social and print channels.
• Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for design, with the ability to create content and brief external designers or agencies.
• Excellent organisation skills, with the confidence to manage several deadlines and changing priorities.
• A proactive, practical approach and the ability to pick up projects quickly and work independently.
• Experience updating websites and using tools such as Canva, Adobe or Google Analytics would be useful.
• An interest in arts and culture, would be a bonus

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for OnFife's events, venues and cultural activities, including pantomime season.
• Coordinate activity across digital, social and print channels, write and edit content, update the website.
• Work with external designers, agencies and printers to get campaigns out on time.
• Take ownership of day-to-day tasks and keep projects moving through a busy period.
