The University of Greenwich is a truly global community of staff and students, aspiring to develop its already successful faculties into a world‑leading centre for innovation in teaching, research, knowledge exchange and student enterprise. Our Admissions Office is operating a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of two days a week on campus with the rest of the week remote working. The role will be based primarily at the Avery Hill campus, with willingness to travel to other campuses as required.

Responsibilities
  • Process and make decisions on a large volume of admission applications for the University of Greenwich.
  • Handle email enquiries from prospective students and provide high‑quality customer service.
  • Prioritise and work efficiently, accurately and consistently using bespoke IT systems.
  • Create, organise and maintain electronic records related to admissions decisions.
  • Ensure timely and admissions‑related decisions are consistent with agreed criteria.
Qualifications
  • Experience of working flexibly in a busy team environment with pressure to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
  • Good understanding of Level 3 qualifications; training for UK and international qualifications will be provided.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide customer service and communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
