Job summary

Rayburn Plastics Ltd in Walsall, West Midlands, is seeking an experienced CNC lead programmer/setter/operator to join our fast-paced machine shop.

You'll program, set up and run HAAS 5-axis machines, design fixtures, and implement CAM CAD workflows (SolidCAM/SolidWorks) across automotive, aerospace, and power generation components.

We manufacture from diverse materials and value precision and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience programming, setting and operating a HAAS 5-axis CNC machine.
• Strong understanding of complex work holding and fixture design.
• Experienced CAM programmer using SolidCAM.
