Role

3rd Line Support Engineer

Location

London - this role will require you to be onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Trouble‑shoot environmental infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPO’s, WSUS, AD, AppLocker etc).
  • Work with the Network, Engineering and SOC teams to troubleshoot issues that affect end users.
  • Work directly with client leads to resolve escalated incidents.
  • Patch and maintain test and live environments, including installing Anti‑Virus, WSUS, RHEL and other product updates.
  • Work with PKI certificates and SIEM tooling.
  • Provide support to Engineering & Test teams.
  • AD administration activities – accounts, groups, memberships, permissions etc.
  • Participate in on‑call rota to ensure 24/7/365 support is provided.
Your experience
  • Infrastructure: VMware vSphere; Windows Server; Windows AD, DNS, WSUS and RDS; McAfee; RHEL.
  • Applications (nice to have): SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, CASD.
