This role is suited for someone seeking a step into an exciting company with great opportunities for progression. You will be responsible for providing efficient remote and onsite installations and support services to clients across the UK.

What’s involved?
  • Server, PC, laptop, printer, switch, firewall, router, and Wi-Fi installations
  • Engaging with customers to resolve technical issues and implement best practices
  • Project managing server installations and migrations
  • Coordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction with support cases and installations
  • Providing efficient and friendly remote and onsite technical support within customer SLAs
Skill requirements:
  • Strong understanding of configuration and installation of network devices and services (e.g., Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, QoS, VLANs)
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
  • Knowledge of subnetting and IP address allocation best practices
  • Experience with hypervisors (HyperV, VMWare)
  • Understanding of Backup technologies
  • Experience in System Administration with Active Directory / Group Policy
  • Support experience in Microsoft Desktop environments
  • Experience providing 2nd/3rd Line IT support, preferably in a helpdesk or MSP setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Self-motivated with good time management
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis
  • Technical documentation skills
