Responsibilities

• The 3rd Line Engineer will act as the escalation point for 1st and 2nd line teams.

• The 3rd Line Engineer will investigate and resolve complex software and hardware issues.
• The 3rd Line Engineer will assist the Project team with IT systems design and implementation.

• The 3rd Line Engineer will administer servers, networks and cloud infrastructure.
• The 3rd Line Engineer will document system procedures, architecture and project plans.
• The 3rd Line Engineer will ensure IT systems are robust and free from security threats and vulnerabilities.
