3rd Line Cloud Network Engineer

Join a forward-thinking team as a 3rd Line Cloud Network Engineer, where you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing secure cloud-based network solutions. Working in a dynamic environment, you'll collaborate with 2nd and 3rd Line engineers to deliver seamless network operations, ensuring reliability, security, and innovation across critical systems.
As a 3rd Line Cloud Network Engineer, you'll manage incidents, implement changes, and monitor systems using advanced event management and ITSM tools.
You’ll oversee PKI certificate management, distribute firmware and security updates, and support both physical and virtual network infrastructure.
Responsibilities include collaborating with design and engineering teams, producing documentation, and conducting readiness assessments for new releases.
The role involves a rotating shift pattern (07:00-15:00 and 11:00-19:00).
Proven experience in Cloud Administration (e.g. Broadcom NSX-T, vCenter).
Strong knowledge of Firewall Management (Cisco Firepower Management Centre) and Network Devices (Cisco IOS/NXOS/FXOS, Juniper JUNOS).
Skilled in Network Authentication (Cisco ISE) and Event Management Tooling (SolarWinds).
Understanding of ITSM processes and effective incident/change management.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
