Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a PLM/3DExperience-focused professional to support and enhance our PLM solution across design and IT operations. You will contribute to digital transformation, manage data migrations, and drive system improvements while coordinating with Racing IT and business partners.

The role requires hands-on PLM experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead deployments and upgrades in multi-server environments at Woking. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience in multi-server environments.
• Strong background in developing, deploying and supporting PLM solutions.
• Good knowledge of PLM best practices and methodologies.
• Experience providing operational support for PLM systems.
• Familiarity with 3DExperience Data Model Configuration (DMC).
• Knowledge of Business Logic and Business Intelligence.
• Experience with JPO, MQL and related languages.
• Experience with Enovia Change Management and interface customisations.
• Ability to manage deployments across environments in a controlled manner.
• Proven track record delivering system improvements and project execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and development of the McLaren Racing PLM solution, 3DExperience.
• Contribute to digital transformation strategy and PLM admin planning.
• Report on project deliverables and work packages.
• Develop, configure and enhance the 3DExperience platform.
• Lead test plans based on business requirements and best practices.
• Capture requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Drive data migrations, system interfaces, and integrations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability.
• Coordinate system upgrades and deployments across environments.
• Support Racing IT's digital transformation initiatives.
