Description du poste

GoGorilla is the world's first performance marketing company built on financial technology. We've engineered a platform that hardwires client objectives into every campaign, ensuring transparent, auditable results that traditional agencies can't match. When our clients win, you win. You'll join a high-performance London team where your commercial impact directly shapes your career trajectory and financial rewards.

About the role

As a 3D Lighting and Rendering Specialist, you will be a key technical artist in our global studio. You will be responsible for creating beautiful and realistic lighting and rendering for our 3D animations and motion graphics. This is a highly technical and creative role where you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from product visualisations to brand films.

Day-to-day, you'll work on all aspects of the lighting and rendering pipeline, from setting up lighting rigs and shaders to optimising render settings and compositing final shots. This role requires a high level of technical skill, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.

Working pattern and flexibility

This is a mid-level role with complete global flexibility. You can work remotely from anywhere in the world, adopt a hybrid approach with occasional office visits, or work from our London headquarters. We trust you to manage your own time and deliver exceptional creative work. Time tracking is a standard company policy for any work completed outside our office environment. This industry-standard practice is implemented across our entire organisation, from the executive team to interns, ensuring security, progress monitoring, and transparent performance measurement.

Leadership trajectory

This is a mid-level role with a clear path to technical leadership. You'll start by mastering our lighting and rendering pipeline, consistently delivering exceptional work, and have the opportunity to progress to a Senior or Lead role within 18-24 months. Exceptional performers will have the chance to build and lead their own technical art team.

What you will be doing

Create high-quality lighting and rendering for a wide range of 3D projects, including product visualisations, brand films, and social media content.

Work on all aspects of the lighting and rendering pipeline, from setting up lighting rigs and shaders to optimising render settings and compositing final shots.

Collaborate with our global creative team, including 3D animators, motion graphics artists, and art directors, to develop and execute creative concepts.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in 3D lighting and rendering.

Continuously learn and improve your skills through training and experimentation.

What you will bring

A strong portfolio of 3D lighting and rendering work that demonstrates your technical and creative skills.

Expertise in industry-standard software, such as Cinema 4D, Redshift, Octane, and Nuke.

A deep understanding of the 3D lighting and rendering pipeline and a passion for creating stunning visuals.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team coordination.

The right to work in your location. We support global hiring and remote work arrangements.

A willingness to learn and a coachable mindset.
