Job summary

Criterion Capital is seeking a Surveying Site Engineer to deliver 3D laser scanning across projects in Prime Central London and help develop our in-house scanning capability. You will conduct high‑precision field surveys, coordinate with contractors and BIM teams, and translate survey data into accurate point clouds and Revit deliverables.

The role blends on‑site work with data processing using Leica/NavVis/Faro/Trimble systems, registration, quality checks and collaboration with Design,

Qualifications

• 2+ years surveying/geomatics experience, with 3D laser scanning exposure.
• Degree in Building Surveying/Geomatics or related discipline desired.
• Proficiency with 3D laser scanning equipment (Leica/NavVis/Faro/Trimble).
• Experience with point cloud processing and registration software.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 3D laser scanning surveys of buildings, structures and MEP installations.
• Plan scans to meet accuracy and tolerances; establish survey control.
• Coordinate access with contractors and stakeholders; ensure health and safety compliance.
• Process and review point cloud data; support Revit modelling workflows.
